Thank you for supporting Jason Meets Alchemy. Each offering including creative services or digital artwork is crafted with intention and delivered with care. Please review the following before purchasing.
Services
All services are non-refundable once delivered. If you need to reschedule a booked session, at least 24 hours’ notice is required. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling.
Digital Artwork & Downloads
All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
Technical Issues
Refunds may be issued in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevent delivery and cannot be resolved. If you experience an issue, please contact me within 7 days of purchase.
