All services are non-refundable once delivered. Digital products, including artwork and downloadable content, are final sale once accessed or delivered.

 

Refund eligibility is limited and governed by our separate Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or verified technical issues that prevent delivery and cannot be resolved.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, digital content, written materials, and services provided through this site remain the intellectual property of Jason Meets Alchemy. Purchases grant personal use only. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or resold without prior written permission.
